Do you want to make a difference with the work you doJoin us asa Test Lead. A hands-on TestLeadto drive quality engineering testautomationand continuous improvement across the department. The role combines technical leadership line management and coaching leading the testing community improvingprocessesand tooling and helping delivery teams build quality into everything we deliver.

Ideal candidate:An experienced test professional who wants to remain technically hands-on while shaping the future direction of testing and quality engineering across the experience to line manage the testteamgrowing the teamwith growth talks and professional development plans.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the departments testing strategystandardsand best practices.

• Drive improvements in test automation qualityprocessesand tooling.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership coaching and mentoring to testers

• Lead and develop the testing community across multiple delivery teams.

• Linemanagetesterssupportingperformancegrowthand career development.

• Promote a culture of quality continuousimprovementand engineering excellence.

• Support test planning riskmanagementand release readiness activities.

• Evaluate and introducemoderntesting approaches and technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential Skills

• Significant experiencein software testing and quality engineering.

• Strong background in test automation and automated testing frameworks.

• Experience defining test strategies and improving testing practices.

• Knowledge ofdifferent delivery methodologiesand CI/CD environments.

• Proven leadershipcoachingand mentoring experience.

• Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills.
• Able to balance strategicleadershippeople managementwith hands-on delivery.

Desirable Experience

• Leading transformation from manual to automated testing.

• Building testing communities orcentresof excellence.

• Experience with AI-assisted testing and quality engineering tools.

• Understanding how testing evolves for software developed using AI or agentic coding approaches.
• Experience on Risk-based testing where effort is focused on mitigating high-risk failure scenarios.
