Tenants Sales & Retention Executive

We are looking for a driven results-focused Sales Executive to join our fast-paced phone-based sales team. This is a target-driven role where your energy resilience and ability to build rapport quickly over the phone will be key to your success.

The Role

You will make outbound calls to warm leads confidently presenting our products/services handling objections and closing sales. Working to daily and monthly targets youll play a key part in driving revenue growth and delivering an excellent customer experience at every stage of the sales process.

About You

You will be highly motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets ideally with experience in a phone-based or contact-centre sales environment (B2B or B2C). Youll be a strong communicator with a professional telephone manner and have the ability to quickly build trust and tailor your approach to different customers. Youll thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment be resilient under pressure and bring strong organisation and time-management skills.

• 25000pa increasing to 260000pa following successful completion of a probation period with uncapped earnings. Our top sales people earn up to 31000pa.
