Location: Flexible - hybrid working arrangement (please see office locations listed below)

Salary: 34869 to 43586 (National) per annum 37854 to 47319 (London) per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Were recruiting Tenancy Fraud Officers to join our team.

In this role youll provide expert guidance on tenancy fraud and support legal action relating to tenancy enforcement. Youll be responsible for managing fraud cases from investigation through to resolution working closely with field-based Neighbourhood Response Officers to ensure cases are handled effectively and proportionately.

Youll play a key role in identifying the most appropriate cost-effective actions ensuring compliance with relevant legislation while protecting our housing services.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at one of offices listed below. Candidates will be expected to work from their assigned office at least one day per week. This role requires flexibility with occasional work outside of normal hours including weekends and travel across the region as and when required.
