Job Summary
The Warehouse FLT Driver is responsible for the safe efficient movement of goods within the warehouse using forklift equipment. The role supports goods-in storage replenishment and dispatch operations ensuring stock is handled correctly and workflows run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance Reach or other FLT types) to move load and unload pallets and materials
Safely load and unload delivery vehicles
Transport stock to designated warehouse locations
Support picking packing and order preparation when required
Complete daily safety checks on FLT equipment and report defects
Maintain accurate stock handling and follow warehouse procedures
Keep work areas clean organised and free from hazards
Follow all health and safety regulations including manual handling guidelines
Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets
Skills & Requirements
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance Reach or both)
Previous warehouse or FLT experience preferred
Strong awareness of safety procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable punctual and able to follow instructions
Desirable
Experience with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
Flexibility to support other warehouse tasks when needed

Monday to Thursday 21:50 - 06:00
Friday 19:50 - 03:00
