The Temp Customer Connection Associate Mission:
To deliver a personalised world-class customer experience that grows with our global community creating unforgettable moments at every single touchpoint.
This is a full-time role from October 2026 to January 2027 supporting our Customer Connection team across peak. Please note: occasional weekend working is required.

Host from the heart as the welcoming voice of Astrid & Miyu making every customer feel valued heard and cared for from their very first message
Proactively collaborate with our operations team and external partners to resolve delivery tracking and return queries
Passionately deliver amazing customer service at every opportunity making every chance a moment to make someones day a little brighter
Building lasting relationships with both our incredible community and our internal teams
