Technology Sales Manager

The Role
Were seeking a dynamic sales hunter with812 years experienceselling IT Data or AI services intoinsurers reinsurers and asset managersacross Europe. Youll lead full enterprise sales cycles open new doors build senior-level relationships and close complex deals.

What Youll Do

• Hunt and originate new opportunities across EMEA

• Lead strategic sales cycles in Insurance Reinsurance & Asset Management

• Build strong C-suite relationships (CIO CTO COO Business Heads)

• Create compelling value propositions and negotiate high-value agreements

• Cross-sell tech services to existing accounts

• Manage pipeline forecasting and collaborate with global delivery teams

What Were Looking For

• Proven success selling IT/tech services into financial services

• Strong hunter mentality: drive urgency resilience

• Excellent communication presentation & negotiation skills
