Technical Support Officer
Job Summary
- 4 Days On Site
- 1 Day Flexible / Remote
- Deliver technical and administrative support to the Asset Management Team.
- Assist tenants leaseholders contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys.
- Handle enquiries and provide professional written and verbal responses.
- Maintain comprehensive records and asset management data.
- Aid in report preparation and performance information.
- Support housing analysts with data collection and reporting needs.
- Facilitate database access and assist system users.
- Organize meetings and take minutes as needed.
- Assist with compliance and asset management tasks.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and document management.
- Contribute to service enhancements and process development.
- Experience in housing administration or housing asset management.
- Background in supporting Housing Asset Management and Compliance teams.
- Understanding of housing repairs and capital investment environments.
- Knowledge of the interplay between:
- Capital Budgets
- Revenue Budgets
- Planned Maintenance Programmes
- Capital Budgets
- Familiarity with health and safety requirements related to housing repairs and maintenance.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Experience in Local Authority Housing Services.

Required Skills:
Essential Requirements Experience working within housing administration or housing asset management. Experience supporting Housing Asset Management and Compliance teams. Good understanding of housing repairs and capital investment environments. Knowledge of the relationship between: Capital Budgets Revenue Budgets Planned Maintenance Programmes Knowledge of health and safety requirements relating to housing repairs and maintenance. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
