Technical Scrum Master

We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master to join our Cloud Engineering function supporting the delivery of cloud and infrastructure capabilities across product and programme teams. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in shaping and maintaining a growing backlog of shared services while working closely with engineering teams to drive high-quality business-aligned outcomes.

What youll be doing:

• Capturing and translating stakeholder requirements into clear deliverable outcomes 
• Developing well-defined user stories and scope to ensure work is ready for delivery 
• Managing and maintaining a backlog of cloud and infrastructure capabilities aligned to business priorities
• Assessing capacity against demand and supporting planning estimation and prioritisation 
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting best practice across engineering teams 
• Identifying dependencies and removing impediments to maintain delivery flow 
• Supporting continuous improvement by introducing reusable capabilities across teams 
• Ensuring delivery meets quality standards and contributes to strong business outcomes

Who were looking for:

• Experience working as a Scrum Master ideally within technical or engineering environments
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices with experience running Agile ceremonies 
• Technical background or proven experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts 
• Exposure to cloud and infrastructure environments such as Azure AWS or GCP 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
• Confidence working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and demands 
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance delivery and planning
• Agile or Scrum certification (desirable) with a commitment to continuous learning
