We own the systems that turn advanced models into high-quality delightful output for customers. Our platform spans both real-time low-latency generation results in a customers hands within seconds and large-scale offline pipelines that produce content at massive volume.

Real customer impact what we build ships directly to customers today.
Cutting-edge AI large generative models served on GPU fleets plus large language models that analyze and enrich content before its generated.
Serious engineering breadth low-latency streaming services GPU model inference and large-scale distributed batch processing all on AWS (ECS Step Functions Lambda S3).
A roadmap youll help shape expanding into new capabilities new languages and richer more controllable generation.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously some on a global scale

- Interact with engineers scientists project managers and senior management on a daily basis

- Run meetings create and maintain timelines and keep large diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles

- Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs

- Work with scientists and software development teams to help define scope of products and enhancements we will be building

- Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up

- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in system design

- Experience in project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
