Job Title: Technical Order Processing Coordinator
Location: High Wycombe
Role Purpose
Receive technically approved project information from surveyors and technical leads and convert it into accurate
manufacturing procurement and production documentation. The role is responsible for processing aluminium
window door and façade packages using specialist design software supporting drawing control through
AutoCAD producing manufacturing schedules and ensuring all information is issued accurately and in line with
company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and review technically approved survey and design information.
Process aluminium window door and façade packages using specialist design software.
Create manufacturing orders from approved drawings.
Produce fabrication information packs.
Generate frame glass panel ironmongery and ancillary schedules.
Support procurement through material take-offs and procurement schedules.
Coordinate phased information releases in line with project programmes.
Maintain document revision control ensuring only approved information is issued.
Upload and maintain project documentation within document management systems.
Carry out quality checks before releasing manufacturing information.
Escalate technical discrepancies and design queries where required.
Provide technical support to manufacturing procurement and project delivery teams.
Technical Drawing & CAD Responsibilities
Review and interpret survey fabrication and installation drawings.
Use AutoCAD to review amend and produce manufacturing support drawings where required.
Extract dimensional information from approved CAD drawings.
Verify drawing revisions prior to manufacturing release.
Support technical teams with drawing updates and document control.
Ensure manufacturing information accurately reflects approved drawing revisions.

Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience processing aluminium window door and façade systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience using specialist window and door processing software (e.g. LogiKal or similar).
Ability to read and interpret technical fabrication and installation drawings.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and procurement processes.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Knowledge of aluminium glazing systems.
Curtain walling experience.
Experience using document management or project management software.
Understanding of UK Building Regulations.
Experience within the commercial glazing fenestration or façade industry.
