SeveralComplex Repairs Operativeswith strongmulti-tradeskills excellent diagnostic capability and a clear understanding of how to resolve and prevent damp mould and condensation issues

About the New Team

This newly formed team willbe responsible forensuring Aspirecomplies withemerging legal requirements while delivering ahigh quality responsivecustomer focusedcomplex repairs service.

• Deliver repairs with precision and consistency

• Identifyroot causes and prevent future issues

• Drive compliance with Awaabs Law and wider housing standards

• Help design new processes systems andbest practiceapproaches

• Improve outcomes for customers and safeguard their wellbeing

About the Role

Complex RepairsColleagues

Asaexpert colleague you will carry out detailed inspections diagnose root causes and delivermulti-traderepairs that fully resolve issues in customers homes.

Your work will include:

• Investigation andaccuratediagnosis of dampmouldand condensation

• Delivery of effective repair solutions and preventative works

• Multitradetasks across joinery plastering plumbing decorating general building and property maintenance

• Completion of planned upgrades whererequired

• Use of digital tools to record outcomes triagecasesand support compliance

• Providing clear supportive customer advice

You will need:

• Solidmulti-tradeexperience and confidence handling complex repairs

• Strong social housingconstructionor property maintenance background

• A proactive mindset and commitment tohigh qualityworkmanship

• A full valid driving licence
