Role Tech BA / Tech Business Analyst

Location London office 3 days a week

Salary Upto 60K 15% discretionary bonus benefits

• 8 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a strong track record delivering complex technology and data transformation initiatives across global consulting and enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to bridge business and technology teams translating business requirements into clear functional/technical specifications user stories process flows and solution designs.
• Hands-on understanding of Python and SQL with the ability to analyse data perform data profiling validate requirements troubleshoot issues and support data-driven business solutions.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud including Azure Data Factory Azure SQL Data Lake Synapse Analytics and other cloud-based data and integration services.
• Strong experience in data analysis data migration data integration ETL data quality reconciliation and reporting supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
• Skilled in requirements gathering through stakeholder workshops interviews process mapping gap analysis impact assessments and backlog prioritisation across business and technology functions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery environments collaborating closely with Product Owners Architects Developers Data Engineers QA teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture APIs databases data platforms integration patterns and modern analytics with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
• Proven global consulting background working with geographically distributed teams international stakeholders multiple business units and complex enterprise programmes across different regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior business audiences manage competing priorities and drive delivery from requirements through implementation and UAT.
