We are currently recruiting to our Supported Living Service
We are looking for a Caring and reliable Team manager to work within the Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Domciliary Service in Adult Social Care at Lancashire County Council.

Empathy & Resilience you will have an understanding of the challenges the people we support deal with which means an empathic nature is of upmost importance you will need bags of motivation and be able to keep going even on the more difficult days the needs of our service users can be complex and you may face challenging behaviour but your determination and dedication to excellent care will make it feel easy it is essential that you are able to communicate clearly and effectively with every individual providing reassurance and positivity.

The Adult Disability Service also prompotes career development opportunities with various qualifications and training on offer you will be able to take advantage of a QCF qualification (Qualifications and Credit Framework) which is NVQ Level 3 equivalent we also have very supportive management team who ensure all team members are guided great culture and youll be working alongside people with the same values as your own.
