Team Manager - CHC - 18 hours
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager - Continuing Healthcare (CHC) to lead and support the delivery of high-quality person-centred services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled manager who can provide effective leadership to a multidisciplinary team ensuring assessments reviews and decision-making processes are completed in line with the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and organisational procedures.
As Team Manager you will oversee day-to-day operational activity manage performance support staff development and work collaboratively with partners to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and their families.
About the Candidate:
You will be an experienced manager with excellent leadership communication and organisational skills. You will be confident in managing competing priorities making informed decisions and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Lead motivate and develop a team to deliver a high-quality service.
- Manage workloads performance and service priorities effectively.
- Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpret and apply relevant legislation policy and guidance.
- Produce accurate reports and maintain high standards of record keeping.
- Take responsibility for delivering high-quality work even when working under pressure.
- Drive continuous improvement and support service development.
