Location: Nottinghamshire Integrated Service (County-wide)
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
As this is a county-wide leadership role youll be required to travel between locations across Nottinghamshire to support the needs of the service.
- Youll lead a skilled multidisciplinary team creating a culture where learning innovation and continuous improvement become part of everyday practice.
- Youll support colleagues through reflective supervision strengthen safeguarding practice oversee quality and performance develop local partnerships and ensure every young person receives compassionate person-centred support.
- Working closely with the Service Manager youll help shape the future of the service while ensuring young people remain at the heart of every decision we make.
Youre already an experienced leader within children young peoples substance misuse health social care or related services.
More importantly youre someone who believes leadership is about creating opportunities for others.
Youll bring:
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and operational leadership experience.
- Confidence developing partnerships across education health social care and community organisations.
- Experience improving quality performance and service delivery.
- The ability to coach motivate and inspire people.
