Were seeking a motivated and capable individual to take on a 3-month Team Lead secondment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills gain valuable management experience and make a real impact within the team.

Contract Type: 3 Month Secondment
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
To be eligible for this opportunity applicants must:
- Hold current in-date prison vetting at the time of application.
- Be able to take up the post within 4 weeks of appointment subject to agreement with their current line manager.
- Demonstrate strong leadership potential excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
