Job Summary

As a Team Leader on our Liverpool Connect to Work programme you will lead the delivery of a high-quality person-centred employability service in line with supported employment (SEQF) fidelity models (this role is often referred to as a service manager position).

 

This role focuses on enabling people with disabilities learning difficulties/disabilities neurodiverse conditions mental health challenges or individuals from disadvantaged and complex backgrounds to prepare for secure and sustain meaningful paid employment aligned with their goals while promoting inclusion independence and long-term wellbeing.

You will manage and develop a team of Employment Specialists ensuring excellent service delivery strong performance and positive participant experiences. The role is to motivate and support a dedicated and professional operational team to deliver a high-quality service in line with SEQF fidelity drive referrals support participants to achieve their employment aspirations meet performance expectations ensure compliance across all requirements and achieve high levels of service standards and accreditations while contributing to the wider organisational growth strategy.



Key duties:

  • Lead a team to deliver person-centred employability support that helps people achieve sustainable employment education and training outcomes.
  • Drive service quality performance and compliance ensuring delivery meets contractual requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with employers commissioners and partner organisations to create opportunities and maximise positive outcomes.
  • Coach support and motivate staff to achieve their potential embed best practice and contribute to Catch22s mission of creating positive social change.

Qualifications :

We will need you to have:

  • Five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C/4 or above
  • Relevant professional qualification relevant to employability or a related field
  • Operational Management experience in performance driven SEQF IPS or Place Train and Maintain employability services
  • Experience of working with commissioners / external partners

Desirable Criteria: 

  • Understanding of welfare benefits and employment legislation
  • Knowledge of SEQF fidelity scale
  • Experience of leading service improvement or quality assurance activities

 


Additional Information :

Salary: 38000

Contract: Full time Permanent (37 hours per week)

  • Accredited SEQF level 3 qualification - delivered by The Busy Group
  • 28 days annual leave bank holidays rising to 33 days with service.
