Team Leader

As Front of House Team Leader youll be the face of the pub ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and leading the front of house team to provide outstanding customer service. Youll play a key role in maintaining high standards while creating a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications :

As a Team Leader you will

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Lead motivate and support the team during service
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest queries professionally
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures
• Maintain the standards and presentation of the pub in line with its heritage character
• Train and develop team members
• Support management with rotas stock control and service efficiency
• Ensure compliance with licensing health and safety regulations

What youll bring

• Previous front of house or supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
