Job Coach Team Leader

You will work closely with learners employers parents carers tutors and external partners to create inclusive opportunities that support learners in achieving their individual goals and a key member of the team you will coach and develop staff oversee training and induction programmes promote best practice and drive continuous improvement. You will also build strong employer partnerships identify exciting work placement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing development of innovative work-based learning are seeking someone who is passionate about inclusion skilled at building relationships and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for young people.
