We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic Early Years team. This rewarding role will involve supporting childrens learning through a combination of 1:1 support small group interventions and whole-class activities helping every child to flourish and reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a positive and enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be flexible proactive and willing to adapt to the needs of the children and the school.
• Ideally have experience of delivering phonics (although this is desirable rather than essential).
• Be keen to contribute to the wider life of our vibrant school community.
