Job Summary
Teaching Assistant Course Leader
42771 - 45750 per annum pro-rata
Part-time
You are a qualified teacher (DTLLS / PGCE / Cert Ed / Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training or equivalent) with substantial experience in school-based support roles and you are confident teaching adult learners.
You will have a strong understanding of the Teaching Assistant role including safeguarding SEND behaviour management and classroom support.
You are an inspiring practitioner with a strong commitment to learner success bringing professional credibility and leadership experience to support high-quality teaching learning and assessment.
You will demonstrate experience of leading teams embedding digital learning promoting inclusive practice and championing safeguarding equality and diversity.
You will also have a strong understanding of the Education Inspection Framework internal quality assurance processes compliance requirements and awarding body standards. You will carry out work placement assessments alongside teaching marking and feedback.
