Key Responsibilities

• Teach high-impact A-Level Psychology lessons in line with exam board specifications (AQA/OCR)

• Develop students scientific inquiry statistical analysis empirical research evaluation and structured essay writing

• Monitor track and assess student performance to ensure high attainment in external A-Level examinations

• Mentor Sixth Form pupils preparing university applications for Psychology Neuroscience and Cognitive Science degrees

• Lead co-curricular activities such as Mind & Brain societies journal discussion clubs and guest speaker events

• Serve as a Sixth Form Tutor delivering pastoral support academic tracking and high-level UCAS references

• Collaborate with faculty members to continuously enhance digital learning resources and revision workshops

Candidate Requirements
