A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Leeds from November 2026.
The successful candidate will join an established department and deliver high-quality English lessons helping pupils develop confidence and achieve their potential.
Teaching English across KS3 and KS4.
Planning and delivering effective lessons.
Supporting pupils with GCSE preparation.
Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the department.
The school is based in Leeds and provides a broad secondary education within a supportive and inclusive environment.
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Degree in English or related subject.
Experience teaching English within a secondary setting.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
