An arts and performance school in Halstead is seeking an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join its creative curriculum team immediately. The successful candidate will deliver practical and written Drama lessons while supporting performances and student showcases.

• Teach Drama across key stages: Deliver practical and theoretical lessons from KS3 to KS5.

• Develop performance skills: Teach acting movement voice improvisation and characterisation.

• Support examination groups: Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level practical and written assessments.

• Contribute to productions: Assist with rehearsals showcases and school performances.

• Encourage creativity: Provide opportunities for students to devise and perform original work.

• Promote teamwork: Use ensemble activities to develop confidence and communication.

• Drama specialist: Has strong subject knowledge and practical theatre experience.

• Qualified teacher: Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised qualification.

• Creative educator: Can deliver energetic well-structured practical lessons.

• Production experience: Has supported performances rehearsals or theatre projects.

• Strong organiser: Can manage resources groups and rehearsal schedules.

• Positive role model: Encourages confidence discipline and collaboration.
