Adelaide School is a special school for pupils aged between 10-18 with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs based in Crewe.
We are looking to recruit aICT Teacherwho is committed to improving the outcomes and life chances of young people with complex special educational needs and who has the ability to inspire pupils to achieve their full potential. Must be able to build positive relationships and manage pupils behaviour effectively within a classroom environment. An ability to be proactive resourceful and energetic is essential.
Part time applications will be considered for this role.
The Successful Candidatewill Provide / Deliver:
High expectations of academic achievement
A successful track record of motivating young people
Well planned sequenced innovative and engaging lessons
Clear direction and support for teaching assistants
An awareness of trauma informed practices and positive mental health promotion
A clear understanding of and ability to manage behaviour that challenges
Subject leadership of a subject as directed by SLT
