Nelson Academyare looking for a passionate and skilled Teacher who will inspire every pupil to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver engaging high-quality lessons create a positive learning environment and work collaboratively with colleagues parents and the wider trust.

What you will need:

  • A degree (or equivalent) and QTS
  • Proven strategies to support learning for all pupils including those with additional needs
  • Creativity and flexibility in your teaching approach
  • Strong behaviour management skills that build mutual respect
  • A willingness to embrace technology and new ways of working
  • A growth mindset and commitment to your own professional learning
