This role is responsible for managing framework agreements ensuring regulatory compliance driving operational performance and maintaining strong relationships with clients suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tanker service frameworks and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
• Monitor operational performance compliance and service delivery standards.
• Coordinate with operational teams to optimise resource utilisation and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and framework expansion.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience within the drainage wastewater or tanker services sector.
• Strong understanding of framework and contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.
• Full UK driving licence.
