This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving our Talent Management framework directly supporting the development engagement and long-term success of our global workforce.

The Role

As a Talent Management Partner youll sit within our Centre of Excellence and work at the intersection of strategy learning and people development.

Youll be responsible for designing and delivering impactful initiatives that support capability building leadership development and employee engagement ensuring our talent is equipped to help drive business success.

This is a high-visibility highly collaborative role where youll partner with stakeholders across the business to shape how we attract develop and retain our people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage core learning and development programmes across the organisation
  • Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to identify current and future skills needs
  • Drive workforce planning and capability development strategies
  • Manage external learning providers and partners ensuring quality and value
  • Use data and insights to evaluate programme effectiveness and demonstrate impact
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives including our Values in Action community
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment with our employer brand
  • Oversee learning budgets approvals and processes working closely with Finance and Procurement
  • Contribute to building a progressive scalable and commercially aligned Talent function

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in Talent Management Learning & Development or HR (typically 3-5 years)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Experience using data systems and insights to drive decisions
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced evolving business environment
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to navigate complex organisations
  • A genuine passion for people development culture and organisational growth
