About the Role
As Talent Recruitment Executive you will own end-to-end delivery of Early Years vacancies across our nursery group working to volume and speed-to-hire targets while building genuine relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
You will:
Own and manage a live pipeline of vacancies across nursery sites proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates rather than relying solely on inbound applications
Work to volume and speed-to-hire targets treating recruitment as a sales process from first contact through to offer and start
Build and maintain talent pools positioning Fennies as a leading employer in the Early Years sector
Use our ATS and CRM systems to manage every vacancy and candidate record accurately and in real time
Maintain Excel-based recruitment trackers staffing frameworks and reports
Coordinate and manage interviews and work trials to provide a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with nursery managers regional managers and the Talent Lead to finalise offers salaries and onboarding plans
Negotiate pay and salary offers in line with organisational policy
Represent Fennies brand and values persuasively throughout the recruitment process
Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring strategies
What were looking for
Youre a driven detail-focused recruiter who enjoys the buzz of hitting targets as much as building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
You will have:
Minimum 2 years recruitment experience ideally high-volume target-driven or agency recruitment
A confident resilient sales mindset comfortable working to KPIs and hitting hiring targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Hands-on experience using an ATS and/or CRM system to manage candidate pipelines
Strong Excel skills including trackers data analysis and reporting
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy particularly when handling candidate and compliance data
A professional credible manner with candidates managers and external partners
A genuine enjoyment of building relationships alongside a disciplined approach to process and data
Most importantly you will bring a sales mindset sharp attention to detail and a genuine passion for connecting great people with great nurseries.
