Werelooking for a Talent & Development Partner to help shape and deliver our talent learning and organisational development agenda. Working closely with leaders across the businessyoullidentifycapability needs build developmentsolutionsand drive initiatives that support both our people and our strategy.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking with people development and wants to make a visible impact across the organisation.
What youll be doing:
- Partnering with leaders toidentifydevelopment and organisational needs.
- Designing and delivering talentlearningand organisational development initiatives.
- Driving leadershipsuccessionand talent management activity across the business.
- Coaching leaders and colleagues to build capability and performance.
- Facilitating engaging workshopsprogrammesand leadership discussions.
- Bringing external insightinnovationand best practice into our Talent & Development approach.
- Using data and feedback to continuously improve the impact of our programmes.
- Building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Youllbe an experienced Talent Learning & Development or Organisational Development professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Youllalso bring:
- Experience designing and delivering impactful development solutions.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- The confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A commercially minded approach and the ability to align people initiatives to business outcomes.

You can expect a two stage interview process for this position:

2nd stage A one-hour formal face-to-face interview where you can expect a task and values based competency questions.
