What to expect
As a Talent Development Partner you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role reporting to the Talent Development Manager.
The Talent Development Partner is responsible for supporting the design coordination and delivery of impactful Performance Talent and Development initiatives as part of the Talent Management strategy. This role plays a key part in building enterprise-wide initiatives that supports the overall organisational culture performance and transformation agenda. The Talent Development Partner will manage and communicate annual performance and talent cycle. Work with key stakeholders to manage operational delivery of performance and talent activity and design and develop supportive learning workshops for colleagues and line managers. Facilitate performance and talent calibration to evaluate performance and potential and design and implementation of career frameworks.
The Talent Development Partner acts as a trusted advisor providing coaching and advice on performance talent and development processes and programmes to ensure that we are supporting the business to develop our talented colleagues for the future success of Post Office. The Talent Partner will work in collaboration with the wider People and functional leadership teams to ensure stakeholders understand and are fully engaged with all performance talent and development activities.

What youll need to succeed
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in HR L&D Psychology or related field
- Relevant professional accreditation (e.g. CIPD coaching psychometrics development tools)
Experience
- Strong experience in designing and delivering performance talent and development initiatives in a large complex organisation
- Confident working with providing guidance and influencing senior stakeholders and executives on performance talent and development initiatives
- Skilled in assessing and advance performance talent and development initiatives based on feedback and external analysis
- Experience working with external learning partners internal and external system partners coaches or leadership development providers
- Able to evaluate performance talent and development outcomes and translate insights into action
- Ability to handle sensitive data and information confidentially and discreetly
- Strong presentation and delivery skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
