Were looking for an experienced Talent & Development Manager to join a prestigious hospitality business based in the heart of Mayfair. Working closely with managers across the business youll take ownership of recruitment onboarding training and talent development initiatives helping to shape a positive employee experience and support long-term organisational success.

What youll be doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the business
• Developing and implementing effective attraction and talent acquisition strategies
• Creating engaging onboarding and induction programmes for new employees
• Identifying training and development needs across departments
• Designing delivering and evaluating learning and development initiatives
• Supporting managers with talent management employee development and succession planning activities
• Monitoring recruitment onboarding and training metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Producing reports and analysing HR data to support decision-making
• Promoting employee engagement retention and a positive workplace culture
• Championing equality diversity inclusion and best practice throughout the employee lifecycle

What were looking for

• Previous experience in a Talent & Development Learning & Development Talent Acquisition or similar HR-focused role
• Hospitality industry experience is essential with hotel experience highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of recruitment onboarding learning and development best practices
• Proven ability to design and deliver successful training and development programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong coaching influencing and facilitation abilities
• Highly organised with excellent planning and project management skills
• Analytical and data-driven approach with experience using HR systems and reporting tools
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous
• CIPD Level 7 leadership development organisational development or succession planning experience would be beneficial but is not essential
