- Lead the talent acquisition function driving continuous improvements in recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and People Managers to create and execute recruitment plans.
- Address recruitment challenges by fostering strong relationships across the organization.
- Expand candidate sources through effective use of job boards referrals and innovative advertising.
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance employee branding.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making on recruitment strategies.
- Offer guidance on people practices such as career paths and succession planning.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
- Actively source top talent and build talent pools for specialized roles.
- Support end-to-end interview process prioritizing candidate experience.
- Ensure consistent and memorable candidate experiences.
- Cultivate relationships with educational institutions for future recruitment needs.
- Conduct interview skills training for managers.
- Proactive and innovative problem solver eager to implement creative solutions.
- Demonstrated recruitment experience either in-house or with an agency.
- Track record of filling challenging specialized roles in technology and sales.
- Capable of managing multiple roles providing insights and escalating issues.
- Dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
