About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Boots youll play a key role in attracting and securing exceptional pharmacy talent across some of the UKs most competitive recruitment markets.
Working closely with senior stakeholders youll act as a trusted partner providing market insight talent intelligence and innovative hiring solutions to support our workforce plans.
This is a proactive sourcing role where youll utilise headhunting networking and talent mapping techniques to engage both active and passive candidates building strong pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Youll be passionate about delivering a first-class candidate experience ensuring every interaction reflects the Boots values and strengthens our reputation as an employer of choice.
What Youll Be Doing
As part of our TA team you will:
- Manageend-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of pharmacy vacancies in your region.
- Proactively sourceand headhunttalent in challenging markets.
- Building and maintaintalent pipelines for hard-to-fill locations.
- Partnerwith yourstakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Providemarket insights and competitor intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
- Deliveran exceptional candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
- Supporting Boots employer brand and attraction initiatives across the healthcare market.

This is a highly proactive recruitment role requiring strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities. Using a range of sourcing techniques and market-mapping approaches you will ensure Boots remains competitive in attracting the very best pharmacy professionals.
