Job Summary

Whats the role

Were looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven talent acquisition professional to attract engage and hire early-careers talent in this role youll be the face of our early careers recruiting building strong partnerships with students universities and hiring managers while creating a standout candidate experience and hiring the best talent for our business.

What youll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end early careers recruiting lifecycle from outreach to offer acceptance
  • Source screen and manage candidates for internships summer placements and early-career roles
  • Create pipelines of suitable candidates for open and upcoming opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and meet timelines
  • Leverage current best practices for sourcing direct candidates to include Linked In social media and job boards
  • Manage the employee referral process for all European applications
  • Preparation of all contracts for new European hires
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities career centers and student organizations
  • Promote employer brand through college and university presence social media and virtual events
  • Attend and coordinate career events such as career fairs info sessions workshops and networking events
  • Liasing with local employment services to advertise and update on opportunities and candidates
  • Monitoring group inbox and responding to ad hoc candidate approaches
  • Track recruiting metrics and collate information to provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Processing all talent acquisition related invoices
  • Work with the wider TAQ team on global projects as required

The ideal background for this role:

  • Bachelors degree required (HR Psychology or related field)
  • 2 years experience in an in-house talent acquisition or agency role sourcing and recruiting candidates
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools preferred
  • Ability to engage and influence students and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills comfortable communicating at all levels.
  • Curiosity and learning agility in AI including; using available tools for optimization opportunities embracing AI driven change and being a culture carrier for others

Role Location/Hybrid Schedule

This role is based in our Southampton office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business the office space available and the individuals preferences and circumstances.
