Job Summary
Were recruiting a Systems Transformation Manager in Swansea (hybrid working) to lead the delivery of innovative cloud-based system improvements across the organisation. This Systems Transformation Manager role is ideal for a proactive project leader with strong stakeholder management budgeting and technical delivery experience. Youll drive end-to-end transformation projects ensuring systems are efficient future-ready and deliver real value.

About the role
As a Systems Transformation Manager you will lead major system transformation projects from design through to implementation. The Systems Transformation Manager will:
- Deliver modern cloud-based system solutions aligned to organisational goals
- Manage full project lifecycle including scope procurement budgets and risks
- Collaborate with internal teams suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Engage with tenants and users providing updates training and support
- Oversee integration with existing systems and ensure minimal disruption
- Monitor performance quality and compliance including health & safety standards

About you
To succeed as a Systems Transformation Manager youll bring:
- Project management experience in IT systems or transformation delivery with a practical understanding of systems data quality process improvement and service design.
- Strong budgeting cost control and contractor management skills
- Experience preparing specifications tenders and managing procurement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
