Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive IT support addressing networking and hardware issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain IT service management processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SQL and database-related problems.
- Oversee cloud and server environments ensuring their stability and security.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT solutions and improvements.
- Document and report on system performance and support activities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
- Proficiency in networking and IT hardware support.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management principles.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and server management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Required Skills:
This Role will require you to take a lead role in implementing and delivering the NEC housing IT business System project. You will need to work with SBCs IT colleagues SBCs Implementation partner the IT systems Supplier (NEC) and SBCs Housing service to ensure a coordinated approach is taken to delivering this project. Experience of working inwith the Housing Service a high level understanding of NECs housing IT system and significant experience in implementing the NEC housing system are all essential for this role.
