Our client is looking for an experienced Systems Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex enterprise-scale transaction platforms across high-volume integrated payment take ownership of the full systems engineering lifecycle and be responsible for ensuring that solutions are accurately specified thoroughly validated and aligned with client expectations proposed solutions from the sales cycle and product of interest include payments tolling transportation technology utilities telecommunications eCommerce mobility platforms customer transaction systems retail technology and other transaction-intensive enterprise environments.

• Lead end-to-end systems delivery activities across enterprise transaction and payment platforms ensuring solutions meet business operational and technical objectives.
• Drive requirements management activities including business analysis traceability validation prioritisation and governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with product engineering architecture and delivery teams to ensure requirements are feasible aligned and successfully implemented.
• Define test strategies support test execution and ensure delivered functionality meets requirements through robust validation processes.
• Maintain full traceability across requirements design development and testing producing high-quality artefacts such as user stories use cases and traceability matrices.
• Contribute to successful project delivery by supporting issue resolution refining solutions improving processes and mentoring junior team members.

• 7 years within Systems Delivery Enterprise Applications Technical Business Analysis Systems Integration or related technology delivery environments.
• Strong experience working within high-volume transaction processing or integrated payments environments.
• Experience with enterprise CRM and platform ecosystems such as Oracle SAP Microsoft Dynamics or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting integrated payment platforms including card payments digital payments transaction processing reconciliation workflows or customer billing systems.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel integrations across web mobile customer service and customer engagement platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex requirements traceability delivery governance testing oversight and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting or leading test planning validation defect management and traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
• Experience operating within Agile hybrid or structured delivery methodologies including V-Model environments.
