Systems Co-ordinator
Job Summary
An established and highly respected organisation is looking for a Systems Coordinator to join its technical team in Kettering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a quality compliance administration or technical background who enjoys working with processes documentation and systems and wants to develop their career within a specialist environment.
You dont need to be an expert in everything from day one. Full training and support will be provided making this a great opportunity for someone with the right attitude attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Working as part of a specialist team youll help maintain and improve quality and health & safety systems including:
- Maintaining accurate quality and compliance records
- Coordinating equipment calibration and maintenance documentation
- Supporting audits assessments and accreditation activities
- Carrying out risk assessments and supporting quality checks
- Managing testing and trial participation
- Helping develop and update procedures and documentation
- Supporting health & safety and environmental compliance
- Maintaining training and competency records
- Assisting with purchasing and verification of materials
- Ensuring documentation is accurate complete and up to date
- Working with colleagues across different departments to keep processes running smoothly
Were looking for someone who is organised methodical and naturally detail-focused.
You might already have experience in quality compliance administration laboratory/technical environments or a similar setting or you may be looking for an opportunity to transfer your skills into a new industry.
Youll ideally have:
- A-levels or equivalent including Mathematics
- Previous experience within a quality-focused environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to follow procedures and instructions carefully
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- An understanding of why quality systems and compliance are important
Experience with ISO 9001 ISO 17025 quality management systems or health & safety would be advantageous but isnt essential.
- Salary up to 25235
- 37.5 hours per week - MondayFriday full-time
