Worthing West Sussex
43000 per annum
Full Time 40 hours per week
MondayFriday On-call rota required

SDR Care is seeking a Supported Living Manager to lead a bespoke supported living service in Worthing supporting a young individual with autism a learning disability complex health needs including epilepsy.

About the Role


As Supported Living Manager you will take full responsibility for the leadership development and day-to-day running of a highly personalised supported living service.


You will:

  • Lead support and develop a dedicated care team
  • Ensure high-quality consistent person-centred support
  • Promote independence wellbeing and positive outcomes
  • Maintain full CQC compliance and regulatory standards
  • Oversee care planning audits and service quality
  • Build strong relationships with the individual family and professionals
  • Create and maintain a calm structured and positive service culture

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced leader who has:

Experience as a Supported Living Manager Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
Strong background in autism learning disabilities and complex needs
Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
Experience leading supervising and developing care teams
Strong organisational and communication skills
A calm consistent and values-driven leadership style
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality person-centred care
