Job Summary

About the role

Youll be a key member of Codis supported housing team reporting directly to the Supported Housing Partnerships this role you will work alongside colleagues across housing compliance and safeguarding teams as well as external partners such as managing agents support providers and local authorities.

Your work will be central to making sure our supported housing schemes are well-managed legally compliant and consistently delivering a high-quality experience for residents. Youll act as the main point of contact for partners supporting tenancy management monitoring compliance and identifying opportunities for service improvement.

This role offers a mix of practical hands-on work and strategic partnership engagement. Youll be out in the community one day visiting a scheme and the next reviewing performance data advising partners on tenancy management or contributing to service improvements.

Skills and Experience Needed

Were looking for someone with experience in housing management and a strong understanding of tenancy management compliance and partnership working. Youll be confident working with external agencies managing contracts and supporting tenancy enforcement or anti-social behaviour cases. Strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to analyse information and make clear decisions are essential along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with residents colleagues and partners. Youll need to be proactive solutions-focused and comfortable working independently or as part of a team with a commitment to equality diversity and inclusion in everything you do. Digital confidence and the ability to travel between schemes are also important. A drivers licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role so you can travel occasionally to the office for monthly meetings and out about into the community when needed.
