Job Summary
Support Worker - New Hall Care Home with Nursing LL14 6HB
We are looking for a Support Workers to join our existing friendly team immediately!
- Various working on a rolling rota basis 42 hours per week.
- 13.45 - 14.03 per hour dependent on experience.
As a Support Worker you will:
- Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to lead a good quality of life whilst achieving positive outcomes along the way.
- Assist individuals to learn new skills.
- Understand medication procedures.
- Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team of dedicated qualified and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.
New Hall Care Home with Nursingis a community-facing service located near Ruabon in Wrexham supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. The service offers personalised activity plans vocational opportunities and access to local amenities and education empowering residents to progress toward independent living. A skilled multidisciplinary team provides clinical care including mental health and physical health support within a therapeutic and inclusive environment.
