FitzRoy are recruitingfull time day Support Workersfor our supported living service in Witney.

You will be supportingfour adults (three males and one female) in their 20s and 30swho havelearning disabilities and autism and may displaybehaviours that challenge. This is a rewarding opportunity to support people to live independently while promoting wellbeing safety and choice.

Pay and Hours

• 13.20per hour

• 37.5 hours per week part time also available

• 5 shiftsper week or part time

• Shift:Weekend working is essential with days off during the week when you work weekends

• Enhanced over time rates(over contracted hours)

• Time and a half or double timefor public holidays

What Does aSupport Worker Do

A support workers role isvaried rewarding and meaningful. You will:

• Support each person according to theirindividual needs

• Encourage and promoteindependence

• Assist withpersonal care such as showers and baths

• Carry outlight household duties

• Provide reassurance and support throughout the night

• Follow positive behaviour support approaches where required

No previous experience in care is required full training and support will be provided.
