Job Summary

Hours: 18.75 hours per week

Salary: 26689.16 per annum pro rata

Based at: Rhyl Denbighshire

Role Purpose:The Denbighshire Collaborative delivers a new holistic housing related support project designed to support people living in Denbighshire to sustain their accommodation and prevent homelessness. The support provided will be flexible and person-centred supporting people to maintain sustainable housing by addressing any mental health substance use or any other problems they may face helping to improve their health and well-being.
