About the Role

We are recruitingSupport Workers / Care Assistantsto providehigh-quality person-centred careto individuals in a supported living environment.

This role involveshands-on support promotingindependence dignity and choicewhile supporting people withdaily living activities personal care and community access.

Afull UK driving licenceis required for roles involving mobility vehicles.

This role will be supporting an active young man and we are looking for someone who is active and enthusiastic.

Key Responsibilities

• Providepersonal care(washing bathing toileting)
• Support withdaily living tasks(cooking cleaning shopping)
• Assist withmedication administration
• Promoteindependent livingandlife skills development
• Support access tocommunity activities appointments and social inclusion
• Followcare plans risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
• Record and reportincidents behaviours and progress notes
• Work as part of ateam attending handovers and meetings

Skills & Experience

• Support Worker / Care Assistant experience
• Knowledge ofPositive Behaviour Support (PBS)
• Understanding ofsafeguarding mental health autism learning disabilities
• Strongcommunication and teamwork skills
• Reliable compassionate and proactive
• Flexible to workday shifts night shifts weekends and bank holidays
• Must maintainprofessional boundaries and confidentialityat all time
• Are kind caring funny positive enthusiastic and highly motivated.
