In this rewarding role youll provide personalised care encouragement and practical support tailored to each individuals needs. Whether youre helping someone enjoy their favourite hobby supporting them with daily routines or simply being a trusted companion no two days are the same. What stays constant is the knowledge that youve made a positive impact on someones life.
This service supports eight adults across two adjoining homes in Finglassie (4 people in each property). Located near Glenrothes Finglassie offers a peaceful setting while still providing convenient access to local amenities and nearby towns.
Youll be joining a well-established experienced and highly respected team that is committed to delivering outstanding support and helping people achieve their personal goals.
- A caring and compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Reliability patience and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in support work is welcomed but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A full UK driving licence is essential as the people we support have their own vehicles and enjoy accessing their local communities.
- Offering 30 hours per week and weekly relief shifts
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends as required.
