Support Worker

We are seeking Support workers to join our brand-new Supported Living Service in Crewe.

Located in the heart of Crewe Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living services for twelve adults aged 18 and over.

What youll be doing:

  • Supporting Adults 18 with moderate needs and a learning disability / mental health/autism need/physical health need.
  • Encourage and support activities in the service and out in the community.
  • Develop personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
  • Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
  • Stanley House offers: 10 self-contained flats and 2 adapted bungalows Accessible environments designed to meet a variety of support needs.

  • Flexible shifts are on a rota basis to include days evenings weekends bank holidays sleep nights and waking nights
