About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join a childrens residential care team in Chesterfield.
You will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a safe and nurturing environment.
The role requires someone who can lead by example and work effectively as part of a care team.

• Provide daily care and support to children and young people.
• Support their wellbeing development and independence.
• Work with the team to maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Follow safeguarding and care procedures.

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Required
• Minimum 3 years experience in childrens residential care.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding. Required Documents
