Job Summary
What youll do
The client is a young adult who has an acquired brain injury and is non-verbal and due to this the client would require several complex needs that need to be met such as:
- PEG feeds (PEJ)
- Intermittent Catheter Care
- Medication Administration
- Monitoring the clients condition for seizures.
- Using moving & handling equipment.
Also please be aware that the client does have two dogs in the home and loves anyone who has a bubbly personality keen to wear bright clothing and is a very clear communicator.
Qualifications :
What youll need
Experience in the following would be extremely advantageous for your application:
- Intermittent catheter care.
- Suctioning machines.
- PEJs
- Seizure management and anti-seizure medication rescue packs etc.
The only essential requirements is as follows:
Clear Communication Skills.
A full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle due to the location and transport links.
