About the role

As a Support Worker youll provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism helping them to live life their way.

Youll support people to build confidence develop independence learn new skills access their community by taking part in activities and do the things that matter most to them. No two days are the same so if you enjoy variety and want a rewarding role where you can make a real difference this could be the perfect opportunity.

You will need to be able to use your own computer and tablet/phone to a comfortable level to use the online systems and apps which provide your rota service details and payslips. If you are not an avid technology user dont worry; all training will be given.

Were committed to supporting our colleagues through regular check-ins supervision training and ongoing communication so youll feel supported both personally and professionally.

No previous social care experience is required as full training will be provided.

From 12.81 per hour plus 75 per sleep-in
